Náš bonsajový tým se skládá ze 3 členů – otec Josef a synové Lukáš a Adam Sirotní. Oproti single bonsajistům máme bezesporu tu výhodu, že můžeme často pracovat rychleji a efektivněji i s většími stromy, běžná údržba nám zabere méně času, vždy se najde někdo, kdo zahradu zalije… Proto si můžeme dovolit starat se o poměrně velké množství rostlin - naše sbírká čítá bezmála stovku rozpracovaným stromů v různém stádiu vývoje a mimoto dalších několik set rostlin připravovaných na bonsaje. Drtivou většinu z nich představují yamadori, převážně pak lokálně dostupné druhy jako modříny, smrky, borovice, habry a další. Bonsaje nejsou naše hlavní zaměstnání, nýbrž náš koníček.

Josef Sirotný (*1957)
O bonsajích se poprvé dozvěděl roku 1981, když se mu do rukou dostal časopis Čtení pro ženy obsahující i zmínku o zvláštních malých stromečcích v miskách. Období horlivého pátrání po informacích po několika letech vedlo ke vstupu do ve své době velmi aktivně fungujícího BK Havířov.
První kontakt s "opravdovým“ světem bonsají se však uskutečnil až v roce 1991, kdy měl možnost na vlastní oči vidět bonsajové umění Harryho Tomlinsona a Piuse Nottera, respektive jejich stromy na výstavě pořádáné BK Praha. Po této zkušenosti přehodnotil svá bonsajová měřítka a začal sbírat čím dál tím kvalitnější stromy.
Opravdový zlom však nastal až v roce 2001, kdy se do bonsají namočil i syn Lukáš a spolu začali častěji objíždět bonsajové akce, kde čerpali nové znalosti a inspiraci a poznávali mnoho českých i zahraničních bonsajových osobností. Doposud měl možnost díky bonsajím navštívit země jako Litva, Švýcarsko, Polsko či Německo. Zároveň v posledních zhruba 10 letech společně začali sbírat a pracovat i na stromech větších velikostních kategorií, což bylo předtím pro single bonsajistu jen těžko myslitelné.
Povoláním automechanik, v současné době pracuje jako seřizovač lisů.
Lukáš Sirotný (*1986)
Ač měl to štěstí, že mezi bonsajemi vyrůstal už odmala, poprvé se o ně začal zajímat až v roce 2001. První dva roky s bonsajemi pro něj byly hektické - počáteční nadšení bylo v roce 2003 při příležitosti výstavy EBA v Jihlavě štastně podpořeno velkorysou nabídkou práce ve španělském bonsai centru Mistral Bonsai, kde strávil dva letní pobyty v letech 2003 a 2004 a pak se zde ještě několikrát vrátil, mimojiné jako účastník kongresů v letech 2005 a 2007.
Zahraniční stáž mu otevřela dveře do bonsajové Evropy a do nynějška měl možnost poznat řadu známých bonsajových tvůrců a jejich zahrad - kromě Španělska i v zemích jako Mexiko, Francie, Německo, Švýcarsko, Litva či Polsko.
Účastník soutěže evropských talentů 2008 ve Vídni, demonstrátor na výstavách ČBA 2007 - 2010, na kongresu FELAB 2010 v Mexiku, a na řadě menších bonsajových akcí a workshopů.

Adam Sirotný (*1992)
Ač měl to štěstí, že mezi bonsajemi vyrůstal už odmala, jeho zájem se začíná projevovat až v poslední době. Prozatím vždy ochotný zalévač a přenašeč bonsají a vůbec pomocník všeho druhu. První tvarovací pokusy už má úspěšně za sebou, nezbývá, než doufat, že rozvine svůj skrytý talent…

Nuestro equipo bonsaístico consta de 3 miembros: el padre Josef y los hijos Lukáš y Adam Sirotný. A diferencia de los bonsaístas solitarios tenemos la ventaja de que podemos trabajar más rápida y efectivamente, el mantenimiento nos dura menos tiempo y siempre hay alguien para regar el jardín… Por lo tanto, podemos permitirnos cultivar un gran número de árboles: nuestra colección abarca unos centenares de plantas en diferentes etapas de cultivo, en su mayoría, los yamadori de especies autóctonos como alerces, abetos, pinos, carpes, etc. El arte de bonsái es tan sólo nuestra afición, no somos profesionales, no obstante, procuramos trabajar de la manera más profesional posible. Josef Sirotný (*1957) Un cambio radical en su camino bonsaístico ocurrió diez aňos después, en el año 2001, cuando su hijo Lukáš heredó su pasión por los pequeňos arbolitos. Desde entonces empezaron a visitar cada vez más eventos bonsaísticos nacionales e internacionales aprendiendo nuevas técnicas e conociendo otros aficionados. Gracias a bonsáis ha tenido oportunidad de visitar hasta ahora tales países como Lituania, Suiza, Polonia o Alemania. Automecánico de profesión, en la actualidad trabaja como técnico de prensas de plástico. Lukáš Sirotný (*1986) Su estancia laboral le abrió puertas a la Europa bonsaística, merced a esta experiencia ha conocido hasta ahora muchos bonsaístas célebres y sus colecciones tanto en Espaňa como en otros países: en México, Francia, Alemania, Suiza, Polonia, Lituania, entre otros. Ganador del Concurso de Nuevos Talentos de la República Checa del año 2007 y participante del Concurso Europeo en Viena 2008. A partir del año 2006 demostrador en varios eventos bonsaísticos, entre los más destacados - las últimas tres ediciones del Congreso Nacional Checo y el Congreso de FELAB 2010 en Cancún, México. En su “vida civil“ traductor e intérprete de castellano. A pesar de haber ido creciendo rodeado por árboles enmacetados, su interés por los bonsáis ha aparecido sólo recientemente. De momento un ayudante incansable de todo tipo, sus primeros pasos y formaciones de árboles han pasado exitosamente, entonces, sólo cabe esperar que en el futuro desarolle su don bonsaístico escondido… (ENG) Our collection comprises a few hundred plants in all the stages of training, in majority, yamadori of species indigenous to the Central Europe - pines, spruces, larches, carpinus etc. We are not bonsai professionals, nevertheless, we try to work in as professional way as we can. Josef Sirotný (*1957) Encountered the art of bonsai for the first time in 1981 when he was reading a life & style magazine with an artictle dedicated to these tiny little trees. First years of hectic searching for information were sealed by entering the Bonsai Club of Havířov where he spent a couple of years as a member untill its closure. However, his first real contact with the authentic bonsai world occured in 1991 when he assisted to the bonsai demo of Pius Notter and Harry Tomlinson organized by the Bonsai club of Prague. Since then, he reevaluted his bonsai approach and started to work with better raw material. Nevertheless, the real turning point is dated to the year 2001 when his son Lukáš got introduced into this magnificent art. Together started to go round to many bonsai events held in the Czech Republic as welll as in many other european countries such as Lithuania, Switzerland, Poland, Germany, etc., learning new techniques and meeting many new bonsai folks. His proffesion is car repairman, nowadays works as plastic press engineer. Lukáš Sirotný (*1986) His spanish experience opened him the way to the bonsai Europe allowing him meet many other bonsaists and visit their bonsai places in countries like Mexiko, France, Germany, Switzerland, Poland, Lithuania… Winner of the Czech New Talent Contest 2007 and participant of the European New Talent Contest 2008 in Vienna. Since 2006 demonstrator in many czech bonsai events, among them tje Czech National Bonsai Congress. One of the bonsaists invited to lead a demo within the Bonsai Congress of FELAB 2010 in Mexico. In his common life translator & interpreter of spanish language. Inspite of having grown up surrounded by so many potted trees, his interest for bonsai trees has been emerging just in the last few years. Encontró el mundo de bonsái en el año 1981 al haber topado con una revista de estilo de vida cuyo artículo se dedicaba precisamente a una escueta presentación de este arte japonés. Al cabo de unos años de estudios autodidáctas teóricos ingresó al Bonsai Club Havířov, sin embargo, el primer verdadero contacto con los bonsáis se efectuó el en año 1991 cuando asistió a la demostración de Harry Tomlinson y Pius Notter con motivo del Cogreso Nacional en Praga. 
A pesar de haber ido creciendo rodeado por árboles enmacetados, no cogí el interés por este arte antes de haber cumplido sus 15 años. Sus primeros años de intentos fervororos fueron coronados en el año 2003 cuando recibió una generosa oferta de trabajo en el bonsai centro Mistral Bonsai durante el congreso europeo celebrado en la ciudad de Jihlava, República Checa. De ahí que pasara dos estancias estivales en uno de los mayores centros bonsaísticos en Europa en los años 2003 y 2004 regresando allí también como participante de los Congresos Internacionales en 2005 y 2007.
Inspite of having grown up surrounded by so many potted trees, his passion for bonsai trees wasn´t awaken untill the year 2001. His eager beginnings were luckily sustained by very generous work offer from Mistral Bonsai center in Spain which came during the European Bonsai Congress 2003 held in Jihlava, Czech Republic. Consequently, he spent the summers of 2003 and 2004 working in one of the biggest bonsai centers in Europe returning there also as a participant of two editions of the Mistral Bonsai International Congress in 2005 and 2007.
. His first attempts of bonsai formation have been made successfully, now we are only looking forward to see developing his hidden talent…
